Probably not a bad idea, Binks. Ta. (In case they worry that we're either too fast or too slow we've got no issue with either extreme joining us but for reference I'm about a 22.30 5k and Colin is about 19 minutes I guess).

Hi Binks, just saw that the race listing on here says the race is on January 21st. Would be a shame if people thought they'd already missed out on their chance to join the fun/torture.
