I'm liberally applying Deep Heat as we speak. Well, not as we speak, would ruin the keyboard. Left Achilles is the injured area. At home I have a microwave wrap-type-thing but can't use that here. Any other options? |

I'd have a bit of trouble strapping it on I think, and walking around (I try to minimise the walking but work across various desks.)

You can buy heat packs that stick to your skin, maybe worth a look , good look with the Achilles.

I think Collette has the answer - you might have to send someone out to Millets and Boots though . . .

Liking the last two suggestions. Boots is just a few minutes walk so I can put the support on and go see.
