Myself, I spent the last week in Hong Kong - rest week: not even 40 miles(!) - pleased as punch therefore to get back to the UK this weekend and step outside without drowing instantly in my own sweat. 30+ degrees & typhoons are all very exciting, but I reckon there is a lot to be said for a nice consistent cloudy 21 deg! Sounds like we're all churning out the LRs nicely Managed a rather attritional 21miler myself yesterday, not fabulous - but frankly, at this stage, just glad it's another one down + just 4 more to go!!
