Played football got bad blisters sore groin. Came back missed Long run did detox (great idea) did race next day crap time got blisters again. Tried to do long run instead of 12 did 7 and struggled. Got a cold feel terrible. That was my last 3 weeks. Did I say well I meant AWFUL
