Absolutely no reason for you to be doing 20 milers at this stage. You'll just go and get injured. Concentrate on the aerobic base for a couple of months - 15m is more than enough

If I can handle it I'll being doing them 3 weeks out of 4. On the 4th week I'll race BPTT & use Sunday for a recovery run. 2 Weeks yet anyway
