For your first one getting round in one piece *is* a good performance. Serious running heads on for all I think.

Just back from my 1st long run since injury - screen all dizzy looking (spinning i mean), im done in...arrgghghhh - just how quick do you lose your fitness !!!

You want me to speak to those apratment place direct, and see what I can do in regards "best price"?

Also what do you think about a bowling night - something like that (cos im with you guys , i dont want ONE beer the night before the race), but hit it hard Sunday night.

Suggestions regarding "pre-night" activity.

Shirt sounds good, but given all the sizes we'd need I can't see it being economically viable. Maybe worth asking...

Pre-night activity - eat pasta, drink water, lounge on sofa/bed/floor/suitable flat surface, go to bed early.

Post-night activity - I'm up for anything :) Except what I listed above lol!

Are the painkillers for after the race or for the Monday morning after the night before flanker?!
