eL Bee!
I think you're right, but I 'm also looking ahead to the training load for FLM, which begins soon enough!
The pacee is climbing the walls But she's going to run a 5 mile race tomorrow. That should fix her for a couple of days
And she'll be in SUCH trouble if she overdoes it this week!!!

Morning all
3 runs so far, including a fast 8 miler yesterday. Legs did feel a bit beaten up on my first run (Weds) but since them have felt fine. Although I have only done 19 miles since last Sun so they should do. Chicago today for all you WMM spotters, what about we do it all again there next year?

Did my first run yesterday (3m) - not too bad. But Berlin really did take a lot out of me: quads still suffering.
I have bought the book you recommended on the RW thread, Paul. Also bought a huge book recommended by Hadd on sport & exercise physiology (be useful for eccentric AT stretching, if nothing else!). So I plan to read my way to a sub-4.
Out for a 5 miler now.
Beachy Head in 3 weeks . . . . hmm . . . .
Chicago is on my todo list.

Hi everyone 1st outing at BPTT. Kieren was also there yesterday. Lead legs and a cold today but then I always get something after a marathon. Comes with the medal, I swear. Positive side of this is resting the shin splints.
Happy running folks

i've only done 2m since last Sunday! you guys are awsome! How do I go about asking for help putting together my FLM / Paris marathon training plan? I read in RW that it can be done on Fetch? Do I download it from somewhere? Also ML - my cough and cold are much better now (think it was the drinking on fri night that cured it!) - so hopefully you'll be better soon. I'd love to do Chicago... shall we???!! LOL
