I can see that the hill work (Tues) and speed/track sess (Thurs) have paid dividends but know it is just slithers off time now. I eerily hit every mark on the Mcmillan calculator (from half-m time) for mile, 3k, 5k, 10k and finally the marathon.

Well that's fabuloso, Diva. I'm about on it for every distance up to HM, but am CRAP at converting that into marathon. Which is why I'm going to leave it a while
