Hellooooooooooooooooooooooooo
I just had the most fantastic race. It was such good fun. Thanks everyone for rooting for us, it really makes the difference. I think I may have recruited some new blood for Fetch, a rather lovely young group of boys......I beat all but one of them!!!
I didn't push it I just ran a nice wasy run....it was actually at my training run pace...so with the exception of my ankles I actually feel rather good.
I'm now going for a fag and a beer in reception (you can still smoke inside in Germany) then we are all going off for steak chips and beers...........
La la la la *skips off down the hallway*

eL Bee!
What a fantastic race And thanks Guys for keeping an eye on us all!
First thing I got just after I crossed the line was a HUGE hug from Wizlyn
The plan is now to meet up with everyone and consume significant Farmyard Fodder and partake of a litle beer Just a quick one from me - Kieren was Brilliant - stuck to his plan and got a massive PB - was almost more pleased that he'd stuck to a sensible pace and done what he did, than I was for MY result:) Wiz ws AMAZING! Completely awesome
Aaaargh! brain has gone to mush - will have to eat and come back to this once the endorphins die down But there were fab performances and mostly big beaming smiley faces.
Now....... BEER!

Hi guys!! Greetings from the Fetch Flat. Some great times, especially from Max, Sarah and Tarange as first timers. Of the other performances, Wiz was something like 35th woman. Awesome. I'm a bit disappointed not to go sub-3, but my strategy was spot on, just my legs decided to give up on me. Anyhow, a PB's a PB. Now... Where's that beer?

Wow what a great day
Everyone did fantastic and i cant single out anyone cos we were all great for different reasons
I am very happy with my time specially as my watch literally stoped, timer and all at about 35k and i didnt notice for 18mins !!!........durrrrrr So when i crossed the line i didnt know if i had got my 4.30or not......but i did and im over the moon specially as i did a negative split, so thanks to everyone who told me to take it easy in the beginning (see Kath i can and do listen occasionally!!!)
