In effect, using it the way I do in races it is effectively just a stopwatch with lap function. Sarah, if you use the Virtual Partner I think you can't do manual laps. |

Do you not use it to check your pace in between markers KB? That's the thing I think I miss in races being Garminless - until I get to the next marker I have no idea of my pace and sometimes I get a nasty shock

Right.... I *think* I've just booked a restaurant for 18.30 on Saturday evening for 18 people. In the name of 'Mr Fetch' It's called Trattoria Ossena (http://www.ossena.de/) and it's the one in Berlin-Mitte, which seems to be the middle of town (just east of the park where the marathon starts and finishes), and also happens to be around the corner from the Fetch Flat on Almstadstrasse. The address is Rosenthaler Strasse 42, which is very close to Hackeschen Markt. I say *think*, because the chap I spoke to wasn't too hot in the English department, and my German extends as fas as saying I have two poodles. But I think we're good Here's the review of another Ossena (there are 3 of them in Berlin): igougo.com Can someone who speaks German please call them tomorrow to check they got the reservation ok?! If not I'll call them again tomorrow to check (number is +49 30 28 09 98 77) Everyone happy with that?? |

You are a Hero, BB: superpower restaurant booking skills. Just looked at the menu, which is (fortunately) in Italian, I can cope better with that than the German "unter Schreiben" ... looks delicious. Save the cheerleader, save the world etc. |
