Trawling round IKEA will probably be another 5 miles - but with more hazards to negotiate!!

2 laps of Richmond park for me tomorrow and my first time this year with a sub-20 5k - 19:05 @ bushy park :)

I'm over the moon that finally my form seems to be returning. I haven't even been training that hard as I've been so scared of injury. Today has been a very good day

Nice work Kieren - looks like you're sharpening really nicely!

To the Bouncer's earlier question - on today's showing it would appear that my MP is 6:33...(!) Goal was 6:35-6:40s, so a little over exuberant on my part (esp as not completely flat... and windy...) but felt good. Bit naughty at the end and threw in a fast last 0.5m, overtaking a couple of other ladies. Didn't quite make top 10 it doesn't look like but i'll take 11th on a training run ;-)

HR was behaving itself - settled at 156, which is the same as London - so nice confidence builder. Wouldn't have fancied another 13 miles @ that pace tho - but with the taper and no hills(!) thinking should be OK for 6:38-ish @ Berlin (at least to begin with...).
