So bring the distance down, speedwork up with the aim to well rested in teh 10 days before event? Got a 22 miler today becuase I couldn't get it done Saturday. Dreading it becuase there wont be aby other LSR runners out

My run was supposed to be done on Sunday but I got the park late and it took me over half an hour to find parking. Shame your not near Richmond Park, I could do with some company. There's only so much iPod I can take - I might have to talk to a few randoms on today's run
