Looks interesting but would like a bit more about the format and timing (as I'm only interested in about 5 and a half minutes of the schedule ;))

just done my first mile race for years... 6:01.. at the WADAC magic mile... happy as unfit and overweight

Next mile, Friday September 18th @ Palmer park, Reading, RG6 1LF

This is an open track session to members and non-members to come and run a mile as fast as you can on a track. And then eat cake

Cost £2.50 (track fee £1.50 with £1 going to our club charity- The Me 2 Club)

Register & Warm up from 6.30 - 6.55pm

Timed miles at 7pm & 7.15pm

Feel free to invite friends along to experience a track session at a friendly local running club, volunteers will be needed on the night to assist with timings

There will also be a chance to win a bottle of wine for 50p a ticket all proceeds going to the club charity
