The run is for everyone and all abilities will be catered for, run as little as a mile or as far as you like. The event aims to improve mental wellbeing through running and break down the stigma associated with mental health by getting people talking about it. Early heads up that Dunstable Road Runners will be hosting a 5K off road trail relay (teams of 3) with ALL profits to Willow Foundation which is our club charity for this year. June 4th is proposed date. Cost is likely to be £15 a team. All runners will receive a momento. Pitched at local club runners for that friendly competition feel. 50team limit. When there is a link or form I'll add further details. |
