My next race in this fine county of ours will be the Three Counties XC at Ampthill Park on Jan 13th. Gulp... I still have flashbacks to my last run there. Very Wet! would be close to describing my condition at the end of the race. Always well organised by the Flyers though. |

My next race in the county will probably be Oakley 20. Last race in the county would've been Doug Anderson 5k. I can recommed Colworth marathon challenge in the summer Billy. 3 races on Friday, Sat, Sunday of a weekend totalling marathon distance. All the races are multiterrain/xc. |

Always fancied it mate. The friday clashes with Marston Forest 5K next year. Seems a shame to me as Colworth Striders and AFF try so hard to encourage new people to their events. I think I will do Oakley20 again, I got turned down by FLM so going to do Halstead instead so the miles will come in handy. off to lunch now, may pop back later. Billy |
