Is it possible to see your full beats per mile history? Or just the previous few weeks?

Thanks Nick

Hi Nick, welcome to the forum :-)

If you're talking about the Beats per Mile graph that comes up on the 'Train' page, you can adjust the number of weeks it shows by clicking 'Settings' in that panel. It takes you here:

fetcheveryone.com/training-controlpanel.php

Does that help?

I've just explored the graphs page off the back of this. Can someone please explain 'creaks and streaks'?

A streak is consecutive of days of running; a creak is consecutive days of rest.
