The Mighty Fleecy
I sang to Fidgety Midget the last few miles, she loved it and it made her run faster :)

The lovely wind pushing you along in the last bit was made up for by having to run directly into it for several miles around 11-14 miles, that was brutal. Enjoyed the race overall though it did seem more congested than previous years, in one section we had to wait 12 minutes to go through a gate and over the bridge. They should take that off my time. And the time in the pub.

Particularly annoying was while waiting for that gate having tw@ts run from the back of the queue and push in

Fortunately we didn't get any of that, but seriously, speed yes technique yes, sense of entitlement absolutely no, not a way to overtake.

Did lose quite a lot of time queueing here and there.

Sorry you had a bad day, SK. Just remembered, it was you brought up in Frome I was having a conversation about Frome Old Showfield parkrun with a while back, wasn't it?

I was stuck at that gate to get to the bridge as well. We did only have a couple of people queue jump, but they were on their way to get married, so fair enough.
I just booked for next year too. I think I'll stay for the weekend next time as the 5am start was a bit tough.
