I'm so glad to hear the sausage rolls are real. They're the main reason I entered, and I'd started to think I might have dreamed them. Sallykate, I am with you with undertrained walking and the course worse attempt

Hi, I'm going to be marshalling this year so I hope to see you all. Don't know where yet, but I plan to be wearing my red Fetch cap so say hello as you go by! And not only are there sausage rolls at checkpoint 4, but a jazz band too. And loos. It was tempting to hang around a long time! |

Well I've been assigned to be a course sweeper, which sadly means not seeing anyone (we hope!!), but I'm going tol go early to my starting point so I can watch the race first. So see you at Checkpoint 2! Good luck everyone.

Tracey G - of course!! sallykate - as long as you get to checkpoint 2 before 12, that's when we start sweeping... I'm sure you'll be fine. t's an accomplishment just to do this one, never mind the time! Good luck everyone and have fun.

CP2 looks like it's at 14K or thereabouts (is it the one just before Alfriston? Although I've done this 3 times now I can never quite remember the details!) facebook.com I should be there well before 12 - looking at around 6h45 for the whole thing I think. Not sure whether I'll be in any Fetch kit. The weather forecast is lovely - sunny intervals but not too warm and a light southwesterly breeze. |
