.B. Oct 2013 8:19pm, 27 Oct 2013 7,087 posts	0 .B. Definitely, lots of people do. It's well signed and marshalled so no need for navigations skills. You just need to know it is really hilly (about 3500 feet of climbing) so need to train on hills. Come on down

Faultless organisation, friendly runners, encouraging marshals and photographers, well signed course, checkpoints with plentiful drink and food, superb views, a free meal at the finish. What more could any marathon runner want?? I can say now that I really enjoyed it, although my quads and hips are hoping I do not repeat the experience. They really hurt!! Not much hill training to be had in Norfolk lol
