4:29 this year, and happy with that as it all seemed to be uphill and into a headwind. The downside with running faster was that I only had 1 cuppa and a few squash. No ossicle rolls or buns :-(

For those that were asking about similar type events, the Lakeland Trail Marathon in Coniston is harder, but equally beautiful, and there are many LDWA events that have the same sort of terrain and even more food at checkpoints.
