Very wet indeed! Slow again today for me, but it's only been two weeks since the two month injury break, so hopefully things will pick up.

200th parkrun in Basingstoke tomorrow morning! And St Patrick's day too! Wear something green and bring something nice to share afterwards!

Have the 10k race tomorrow so decided to give Park Run a miss today. Will be back soon enough though. Hope lots of people made the effort for St Patricks today!

Cake *and* whiskey! Not the e - that makes it Irish whiskey. I was 10 secs faster than last week - still over a minute slower than my PB though!
