Trin Mar 2013 2:18pm, 17 Mar 2013 3,970 posts	0 Trin Well done Paul... and likewise except for mr the smoothness got a bit rough, felt nauseous at 15 and struggled through the last 11 miles scraping in just under the wire in 3.29.59 Back at the hotel after a bath & 2 hours sleep I'm feeling a bit better. Good thing, coz we're off to the stadium for the footy this evening
