Is there any explanation or guide anywhere for what on earth all strange badges mean / are for? Most have really odd names and so I have no clue what I did to achieve it. This post prompted by just being awarded āgnarly dudeā badge without any explanation - what is it for? Being very new to the forum, the main thing I have learned is that thereās a LOT of longstanding āin jokesā and itās extremely hard to penetrate as a newby trying as hard as I can to join in!

If you click a badge, thereās a little description of what itās about. For the Gnarly Dude badge, you have to visit FE every day for 30 days š

Thanks guys! Well I have about 80 badges and about a dozen are self explanatory: the rest ā¦ š¤·š»āāļø LOL How come the forum isnāt organised by subfora? It seems 99% of the chat happens in extremely lengthy threads many years oldā¦ it seems that new threads which ask interesting questions just sink instantly Anyway, who needs another newbie asking such questions - sorry! Iāll get back in my box now
