I'm seriously considering it. On an airfield, it's got to be flat and plenty of space, so no congestion. If it's blowing a gale it would be horrid, but that is true of most exposed locations. I think for a PB, a completely off road, round and round one is prob ideal. Now, whether I can renew my GFA given that my legs feel like they're made out of lead at the moment...? ![]() |

I'll be there :)G(rrr) One thing I would say about the course is, it's sort of like a star shape so there are some turnaround points. That said, I did it last November and got a PB and am hoping to get a PB this time (weather permitting). ![]() |

Yeah, Hellen said that Ness. But I think I'm OK around cones. I had a few PBs with 10Ks and stuff round cones. I'm still thinking about it - depends how it fits in for family etc. ![]() |

Oh well done Ness, good to hear. Was doing a cross country with the club instead. To be honest, just bottled doing a mara. No way I would have got a PB. Many congrats. Have you blogged it? *sneaks off for a look* ![]() |
