I'm messing around with some data, and trying to generate training plans using case-based reasoning.

Can someone shout out (1) the time you'd like to get at (2) a race distance, and (3) the number of miles you're willing to run in the four months before the race.

Just having fun :-)

MF - bear in mind this is just pie in the sky, it's suggesting that of the people who've achieved 39:30 having run about 650 miles...

typical longest run = 21 miles
five longest = 95 miles
median training pace = 465

training pace breakdown
================
PACE BAND 380 = 5.5% 35 miles
PACE BAND 400 = 6.3% 41 miles
PACE BAND 420 = 10.2% 66 miles
PACE BAND 440 = 19.7% 128 miles
PACE BAND 460 = 23.7% 154 miles
PACE BAND 480 = 21.3% 139 miles
PACE BAND 500 = 9.4% 61 miles
PACE BAND 520 = 4% 26 miles
