♪♫ ♪♫ Synge ♪♫ ♪♫ Jan 2018 4:34pm, 2 Jan 2018 23,058 posts	0 ♪♫ ♪♫ Synge ♪♫ ♪♫ I'm visiting Australia for the first time this April and happen to be in Canberra on the weekend of the marathon, so of course I just had to sign up. I see there is a parkrun (Burley Griffin) in the city, so will aim to do that on the Saturday. It seems to be only a short run from the city centre. I imagine there may be one or two other marathoners in town that weekend who will do the same.

But ... signs are looking good for being in Melbourne on a Saturday morning in November. Second attempt to log a Southern Hemisphere parkrun coming up.
