Kieren if you liked «Peak» you should try «Range: how generalists triumph in a specialized world» by Epstein. It takes further the 10000 hours practice theme and discusses situations where it is not applicable.

Thanks Steve. I'll add it to the list. I have loads queued up, I think I might have to suspend my membership

I liked peak, it followed a series of disappointment books where the author takes 400 pages to repeat the same paragraph in different ways.
