We are all soon going to have to do more of our exercising at home. I'm used to getting my exercise through climbing, kayaking, walking and mountain biking. Other than some yoga I don't really do any 'training' as such. Even those of you who do have a training programme that includes work outs at home will potentially get fed up of the same thing.

So I though we could share:
Your own training programme if you're willing
Apps/websites you've used - free or subsrciption
Youtube content you recommend

Hey if anyone is a qualified fitness guru we could even get an online fitness class happening.

Great idea.

PE with Joe Wicks. Avoid, unless you like someone who talks all the time and doesn't explain the exercises because he's too busy giving shout outs to kids who are lying about where they are. Imagine a workout with Russell Brand. To be fair, I'm not the target audience.
