Nightmare! Where did you park your car?? Great pb though.

How hot?? I had far too many clothes on and really struggled, but managed a 7 min pb of 2.07, so it was worth it.

Does anyone know if the guy who'd collapsed and needed the ambulance was ok, he looked very grey when I went past. I really hope he was ok.

Hi. I'm back from a short but sweet stay at the after-party in Felicinis! It was a real shame we couldn't stay longer - or get there earlier - but the Monday to Friday calls. Looking forward to seeing some of you in London and lovely to see you today. Especially well done to Jasper, with her 3 minute PB of 1:41. I was personally slightly disappointed to not get a PB (I'm not doing London, so didn't need to hold back), but I struggled with the heat, and it was still my second fastest half mara run ever.

They got me spot on. 1:58:25 gun time = 1:57:00 "chip" time. Chuffed to bits with that. Was great to say hello to Homer, Snoo, Beejay, Danny Wilde, Dave Lord, Cazmo (bummocks to the windscreen) and (hope I spell this right) Sauerkat. Great race; I was going nice and sweet until it started to go uphill at 8 miles.

have had a few beers and some food now and am a bit more chilled about my "disappointing" race now. well done to everyone with the PB's. I think I saw you Jo (did you have a fetch top on) you went past me as I was having a crisis at about 9, tried to hang onto your coatails but you left me behind. Sorry I missed the pacing group but didn't get to the christies stall unti l about 10:10 due to q's at toliets. Bad luck on the windscreen Cazmo bit suprising around the leafy lanes of wilmslow
