CG - Are you still after a number? Mine is now going spare.
Just tried a run after 3 days off. Go a mile in and started to feel it. Stopped, streched & massaged and turned back just before home I felt a sharp pain in my calf and had to walk. Gutted
Will probably come down and support on my bike if pedalling dosent affect it. fmail me on RW mail me if your interested or anyone else for that matter.

Kwaka - shame about Sunday hope it doesn't set back your london training. I'll need to find someone else to moan to for 13.1 miles about how sh*te Tony Mowbray was

Weather forecast not too bad for Sunday now even though don't mind a bit of rain. It causes more of a problem with parking when they can't use the fields around the rugby ground. Good luck everyone, sorry to hear about you injury Kwaka!

I'm aching all over after having going pretty much top speed for 6.5 miles at my club run last night, so I hope I'm not still broken by Sunday. Hoping to see you bike-supporting, Kwaka.
