Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Kwaka, I'm planning on parking up by the tunnels and walking up to the route alongside the runway. I can feasibly be anywhere on the route between 4 & 10 miles . Best place I would think would be around Mobberley station so I can give you a gel either just past 5 miles (small lane/wood lane) or just past 7 (small lane/pepper st)

Cheers MTBB. Are you at parkrun on Sat? If not fmail me your new email address. I'm still using your ntlworld one.

I was hoping to pb (sub 1:40) Homer and was going to set off with Pato, but I'm still feeling my calf & so not sure if it's feasible. Will try an easy run tomorrow and Friday and make a decision about my race pace then. (or lack of it)

Also my little one is flying off on a school trip early Sun morning so not sure how the logistics of getting there & home are going to work out yet.

Has anyone got a spare number at all?

I thought I'd entered this one as i do every year only to discover when chasing my number that I hadn't. I've sorted a babysitter out and everything!

I'll see you all there. Encouragement will be very welcome. I'm not expecting a PB, but I'm not running too badly at the moment.
