Hi folks. I'm up in Leicester for a few days visiting the Older Generation next week and I'm free for a run on Monday evening. Is anyone up for meeting up and getting a few miles in?

My training plan says 10 x 400m but I'd be happy with any sort of speedwork, or just a bit of company for a few miles.

Anyone fancy a trot?

I once dated a member of the Revolutionary Communist Party. Does that count?

I'll be in Loughborough but it's too early to say when I'll be able to run. Anyway, isn't "speed" an illegal substance?

OTOH I know a fair amount about runner's trots. Does that help?

Well I'm hooked up with West End Runners for their Monday track session at Saffron lane track. Looking forward to that, although I am a bit nervous that I might be the slowest there.

Ah well! In for a penny.....
