@Jen HB sorry, I know it's awhile since you posted, but I've only just found this forum. Do you have any resources you could share for BSL/parkrun? Or an idea of where I could look?

My hearing is crap and I’ve worn hearing aids for 10 years now. I feel it’s getting worse too.
Which got me thinking about “worst case scenario”.
So anyone learnt BSL or indeed lip reading? If so any words of advice or specific resources to look at?
Finally in worst case scenario … outdoors running …. Would I be advised not to?!
