Hey Bazoaxe, thanks for that. Ran 16 miles today and it was well, basically, crap! everything that could go wrong went wrong but this is my fourth marathon so going on past experience, I am hoping that today will be my rubbish run and VLM will be the best! 18 miles next Sunday - oh goodee can't wait - I think the training is harder than the run itself! Is there a Fetch stall at the EXPO?

Guys thanks for the info on the tube/train from Vauxhall to Greenwich. Did VLM in 2008 but that seems like an age ago now. Remember being on a packed train and all pouring off at Blackheath and walking up to the park among an army of runners, the feeling was intense. Biggest pre-race buzz I've ever had. That tingle is starting to kick in again.
