We've got an old edition of RoboRally which is great fun - recently saw an updated version and bought it for the inlaws for Christmas - won't be getting to play it with them anytime soon but until the uni term starts again there's 5 of them so they should still have lots of fun with it.

“Confident?” is worth a look and has been a good seller, is a quiz based game but you aren’t likely to know any of the answers (which are always a number) precisely, so people have to guess a range of values, smallest accurate range gets the points. E.g. without Googling it, would you know how many James Bond films there have been. Someone might know exactly but most people would probably guess between 20 and 40.

Nice, VJ!

We've been playing Carcassonne Winter Edition non-stop for the last couple of days - I managed to pick up a reasonably priced second-hand copy on eBay about a month ago after hunting for it for ages. Gameplay is the same as the original, but it feels very seasonal.

Nice VJ. we love that game!

Games day for us tomorrow (should have been visiting brother-in-law and his crew, but that's all off now). We've got TtR and my lad was given 221B Baker Street today, which looks like a complicated version of Cluedo. Will report back.

Hope you're all having a good day. hat
