I have done some damage to the ligaments in my right ankle and I'm rolling it pretty much every time I hit the trails. Could anyone recommend a good ankle brace that is comfortable to run in?

Cheers

For mild sprains I use a piece of the tubular compression bandage that the physio sold me. The ribbing tends to bunch on the top of my foot and cause blisters after a few hours though.

For the bad sprains I have a full-on basketball brace, the brand is McDavid. This give awesome support, but you also lose flexibility and have less natural impact absorption
