Craig_ Jun 2013 10:25pm, 20 Jun 2013 610 posts	0 Craig_ A lot of people will end up with something like a Garmin Forerunner 110 - amazon.co.uk If you look around the web you'll be able to find one for about £100 - it might not be 'budget' but compared to a new/replacement smartphone it's pretty cheap and will record routes more accurately, heart rate, easier to use, have more features etc...

You can buy some good sports bands to secure your phone to your arm as well. amazon.co.uk Not sure what phone you have but used the above as an example
