First time for me doing this run and it is definitely the hardest 10m race entered to date. Likewise waiting for the official results but generally pleased with 84.5 mins in the F vet over 45 category. Only whinge is the lack of inclusive food at the finish, a free banana would have been nice, instead we paid £3 for 2 small pieces of cake and cups of tea.

You'll probably wait a while for the results, they aren't terribly speedy.

Here's my blog. I didn't hang around for food. In previous years there has been orange squash at the finish - but that seems to have gone :-(
