But you can’t maintain a walking habit if you don’t embrace a bit of mud. Man up, I say! So, dragging him out as I do, so far we’re ahead of target.

I’m blessed living where I do but I’m finding the same walks getting monotonous now as unadvisable to travel in a car to walk in different areas, I’m certainly missing forest walks. Thankfully my podcast & audible library is well stocked!
meadowsboy Jan 2021 4:41pm, 28 Jan 2021 1,032 posts	0 meadowsboy As it's been cold & icy most of January here the bike hasn't been out much so most of my daily exercise has been walking, I am fortunate to live on the edge of suburbia so have been able to mix it up & do mud & puddles one day & streets the next.
