Hmmmm....maybe a little too much.:) We could just offer him loads of chocolate cake. I'm sure running a long way will seem less appealing after that. At least if he is not tempted by our cunning decoy tactics, we could make sure it didn't go to waste.:) |

chocolate cake?? I better go away from this thread before I eat it all myself the weather is fantastic today. I am off to my longish run: 18km planned, a bit more than 11 miles. |

Or just start in Belfast and then run through Newry to Dublin. Have a good run, Mokina.:) The weather here was gorgeous for the run this morning. |

Alright stop it. I had planned on doing the 5 in Ireland then Newry threw a spanner in the works so that is why I am aiming for the 6 (Longford and Dublin later in the year) Dont mention chocolate cake, at least not for the next 5 weeks. |

You see - I had planned to do all the Irish ones and then Newry threw a spanner in the works - so I gave up.:) I know - what dedication to my sport:):) I am still hoping to do Longford and Dublin though.:) |
