Hi I think a lot of us here are familiar with the concept of the medium long run, something in between 13 and 18 miles that is usually done mid week. Well I can't find it in the categories when I add a training run, can we have it please??? |

Seconded. It'd be a darn sight more useful than some of the other categories! Run - bleep test, Bike - tandem and Cross-Train - going round in circles are quite, um, specific... |

And me! and while we are at it can we also have 'Variable Pace Run' as sometimes I will do something like 5/6 miles easy, then some MP running then some fartleks all in the same run and that doesn't fit any of the categories. |

Oh dear, think I might need to recategorise my runs... which may not be a bad thing!

I like the idea, though a medium long run for me is 8-10 miles!
