Depends on your definition of dead Argie ;)

I'm still alive by many of the generally accepted definition, but am also still in pain although not as much as last night.

Does not sound good. I had acupuncture to *stop* pain. Acupuncture which *starts* pain does not sound right. I'd get it checked, boring though that is.

PS I have just woken up to the fact you did the Stowmarket Half, C - I thought I was the only Fetchie there! Sorry to miss you.

I never experienced pain after and thought it worked at the time... not sure now though!

I was incognito in club kit Bru-Bru :) Will look out for you next time.

Pain has subsided a good deal and is almost back down to the level of pain I had anyway.

Got something to say?
