Anyone have any ideas about achy feet? I find it quite hard to walk after sitting down for a while. They tend to warm up after a while. I can actually run, but the next day or two, I hobble around like an old man. It feels like the shock absorbers in my feet are shot.

Painful underneath your foot? As if the heel and toes are attached by an elastic band that runs under your foot, and it's too tight?

No, not really. Just like the springs in my ankles have gone.

Quick look at your training log suggests you are piling on the miles - 30 miles last month vs. 50 this month (and over a week to go.

10% rule init ;)
