try putting the alarm clock out of reach so you have to get out of bed to switch it off.

RD - but I sleep-walk too ;)

been sneezing and sniffling a lot, may delay my run *makes hot cuppa and starts on 2nd box of tissues*

Even more reason to get out tomorrow morning and run that head cold off McN! *set alarm clock off in kids bedroom so that they wake you up by jumping on your bed!*

TBH the absence of OH made it much easier to get up yesterday. i could put all the lights on :-)

although sometimes i just put a pillow on oh's head and put the light on anyway :-)
