Abingdon Marathon 2008 - It's back!

RFJ Apr 2008 6:28pm, 22 Apr 2008 346 posts	RFJ Havent fully worked out what plan I will be following, will probably stick to the FIRST schedule for the speed sessions, coz they are varied and did some great benifit for me, will then yous the RW for the long runs and midweek run, basing of 4 main runs a week with maybe a 5th in a recovery run plus some regular X trg, total of 6 days trg and 1 day rest....
