(big cheer if so) LOTL - yep, I write my own because then it doesn't bother me so much when I rewrite them halfway through .... As far as I can see it's not that difficult ... progression, variation, specificity, super-compensation, rest, peaking ... Um, how come I am so bliddy slow????

I did 3:47 on a tough loch ness course, and perhaps had a couple of minutes if we hadn't basically walked the last mile with Beejay (kidding mate ;)). Add in annual improvements and kerCHING, you have a target. You playing?
