I will probably be running around about your speed so you certainly won't be alone!
Marathon Lads Apr 2008 10:37pm, 17 Apr 2008 2,940 posts	Marathon Lads i do not want to be compleceant here - as in the marathon it's suicidal - BUT Our pb is at Abingdon of 4.03 - and i would just love to crack that 4 hour mark - but it's the same old story, the first 6 and 10 miles are critical of how you play that - but at Abo, a pb can be obtained
