Will be wednesday now before I can run, am with child tomorrow. Haven't got a clue what to do between now and Sunday. The sofa option is looking pretty good I have to say.

I'm about 4,000 through me and my wifes' 12,000 - pretty sure we have pictures of everyone... I'll have to check where the other photographer got to with his 3500 (he started a new job today - testing mobile phone games!) Current estimate is tomorrow morning online, but more likely to be late morning at the moment as the littlun is playing hard to sleep... (yep we have to go through them all manually to index them by race number - but that saves you all some time). I've been indexing all day so now have a good bit of rsi to help me along. ;-( Great to see you all out on the course doing your thing, really very impressed (as ever) especially as it turned quite cold in the wind - I was the photographer frozen solid at the 9mile mark on the first loop...(my shutter hand turned blue at one point), I hope my small banter managed to contribute a little. Perhaps I shouldn't have started telling the other runners that the winner had just finished though when I got the text message through... ?? right back to indexing Will post back here as soon as they are up tomorrow.
Marathon Lads Oct 2008 7:57pm, 20 Oct 2008 4,064 posts	Marathon Lads having a rest Hi Gang We have'nt gone to the track tonight, i'm having a rest - I'm very relaxed and happy, in general only a little sore, - as for my groin, it's going to mend slowly - at present, the muscles are delicate, when i return to stretching my stretching of joints etc will be mildy done, Trying All this new stuff has finished now- it don't work for me - i suppose i was looking for a new life something different - i'm going back to what i do best, what i know works, Thing is, with ALL my experince of running, you really would think i'd know better would'nt you- So, nothing is broke, so i ain't going to fix anything anymore I'll just run and relax for a while now - our next marathon and 7th this year is Luton ( tough 3 lapper ) on Dec 7 , i'll probably really have a good go at that , but i know sub 4.30 isn't really feeasble an enjoyable few weeks of very gentle running , will do me good
