Particular congrats to all those who shattered, broke or met their targets today and for those who didn't - there are always other races and I hope you were at least able to enjoy the day! I hate to pick people out as there were dozens of amazing performances, but particularly impressed with Tipptop (second place overall), No 8 (a new pb - by about 10k!!), SuziWoo (fantastic to see go sub-3:30 so comfortably), Widger (putting the Edinburgh demons to bed), Beejay (fantastic new pb), Hendo (jogged to a pb - try harder next time ;-)), Plodding Hippo (ever improving, and a very good time today), MattTheRatt (couldn't be a more deserving person to go sub-3 for the first time), Padams (for pacing a group to sub-2:45 - and looking like he was out for a walk), Micknphil (looked like Mick was really flying today) and OB's performance goes without saying... A great day out, and Fetchpoint was a marvel. I hope everyone enjoyed the rest of the afternoon at the Boundary House.
