Or it should have been easy, as it was it was slow, hard and niggly. And my piriformis has decided after nearly a year away it is time to give me some grief Now sat in a hot bath trying to loosen everything off!

Early start for us on the coast so i'm off to bed early hoping for a bit of kip, feeling all jiddery at the thought of tomorrow.
